Treatment Start
This Patient suffered from chronic Gumdisease which led to the development of gaps. After successful treating the Gumdisease we could start the orthodontic stage of the treatment.

A sequence of several "wires" and chains was used to gently close the gaps. Orthodontic forces have to be moderate to avoid root and bone resorption.

Final Result
After the removal of the braces a retainer needs to be fitted to stabilize the teeth in the new position.
